I always found it frustrating that its just the same outfit as Radiant Raiment clothes and Fine Clothes from the vanilla game, they didn't even add a special texture to it. I never understood why a special outfit wasn't made for just this quest, well, I fixed it. I ported this outfit from DOA3 and asked @Ashtoreth  to see if she could add HDT to the skirt, she thought it was a wonderful idea and blessed this dress with her talents. Thank you Ashtoreth. Party Dress is built for the 3BAv2 Body, and it must be built in BodySlide before it will appear in game.
