New Hangzhou Upscaled Textures
Upscaled diffuse textures for the mod New Hangzhou by Guduwuqi_9DM on 9DM.

While the mod has a lot of different texture sizes, a typical example would be that 1k textures have been upscaled to 2K or 4K. This does not produce as good results as handcrafted higher res textures but it is still a great improvement in many cases. The original mod also had some uncompressed textures, these new ones are properly compressed so even while their file sizes are bigger the increase is smaller than what you would normally expect.
This download only includes diffuse textures. I may attempt to upscale the normal maps at a later time.
I have also included fixes to one of the ship .nif files that lacked a transparency node.
