So, this may or may not look like her. I wasn't able to find an exact hairstyle to match, but this is my own tribute to the wonderful Betty White. I know we miss her and whenever Fralia says/sings that bit about shiny trinkets, it makes me smile just like Betty does. So cute!! ❤️

I've got the Apachii Divine Elegance Outfits For NPCs (SPID) on a lot of my NPCs in game to give me something new to look at. Fralia will be wearing whatever you have her in.
