This is a port of the LE mod Fish Companion. It adds a dwarven mecha slaughterfish follower that also wears a top hat. Found on Solitude Docks, and occasionally on the boat. See original mod screenshots for additionally images.

 

I only ported this mod, I did not make it.

Potential bug work around:

If you can't talk with him open the console and type "set playeranimalcount to 0".
