Studying from some of the best mages in Skyrim. One who taught her how to heal herself, another to heal her companions during battle.
She went on to learn archery.
One day on an adventure, she happened upon a strange cave and went inside. It was like a paradise where she was welcome to stay as long as she wished.
If you have not done so, follow the quest from Danica Pure-Spring in Whiterun to find the nettlebane from the Hagravens in Orphan Rock. Return to Danica and she will send you on a second quest to get the sap in Eldergleam's Sanctuary Cove. This is where you will find Ashtabara near the Eldergleam tree.
If you have already done this quest, return to Eldergleam Sanctuary and find Ashtabara inside the cove or up the hill to the Eldergleam tree.
Be sure she is active in your load order.
Take away her hunting bow or she may not use the ebony bow.
Ebony sword, ebony bow and arrows, some gold.
Spells: Healthregen, healing call, healing spell.
Perks: Restoration, dual cast, lightfoot, powershot, overdraw, avoid death, restoration, quickshot, critical shot, silent roll, deft movement, silence.
