This is an archived mod that I've had for many years for LE, loving it so much, ported it over to Skyrim SE AE 1.5.97
It's no longer available on the internet for SE so I took it up myself to fix the old one I had a copy of and port it over.
This is a really nice house located on the edge of Riverwood near the bridge that can house 6 followers and up to six adopted children.
Cost is 15000 gold to buy it. You can use console; player.additem f 15000 and buy it right away via the sign near the bridge.
Adopted kids will play inside and out and the Riverwood children will even come over to play during the day.
Special features include two story home, nakies pool for your followers to enjoy with water fountain, bathroom, plenty of storage, indoor forging and master bedroom. Much much more.
Couldn't make into ESL, so ESP it will be. Packed in BSA file for ease of install and uninstalling with your favorite mod organizer or simply install manually.
Required: Hearthfires
My Home is Your Home mod (highly recommended or the adoptables will not know this is your home. Adoption can occur right away.)
Optional:
Multiple adoptions mod (If not, it will be restricted to the game default of two kids.)
Fully tested with manual install and MO2.
