The Reality
This is a pre-release of Akemi is a full functioning custom follower, with armor, shareable spells, cigars, custom character lights that match her skin complexion, weapons, craftable items and more. At the moment she uses female eventoned but a custom dialog and voice are being made for her.
This follower in its current state already has a lot to offer the player, in the near future she will be even more immersive with custom quest and dialog.
