Yes. Whatever craziness thoughts you are having, the answer is yes. You can now take ANY mesh, and give it HDT by using only this and Bodyslide. Click on the video tab to see the "How-To" provided by @Clockwork Tot who has been using this for several months. Once your mesh is made, you can just drag and drop the mesh in this tool and it will generate your XML. This will also make the Skyrim LE "HDT-PE" stuff convert to skyrim SE "HDT-SMP". works really well in almost all cases. If you have any questions, please ask in the comments tab and I will answer.
