Build in bodyslide and you should be good to go...

 

Few notes : This follower doesn't use the weight system, which may make it very inconvenient for any kind of conversion patch. If you notice a neck seam, please report it.

This method of making followers is stupidly dated and shouldn't be used anymore ffs

If there are issues, I may patch the plugin directly to use actual weight support. If.
