This custom player home features:
6 children Beds (fully compatible with Multi Adoption Mods)
10 Follower beds
Full Indoor Crafting
Refreshing Storage Containers
2 pre-dressed Mannequins
Working Bathtub/Shower and Toilet
Followers will remove clothing when using bathroom and when sleeping in their beds.
Player clothing removal at Player bed and Bathroom
Tons of Weapon Racks
4 Bookshelves - 3 shelves each with space for 16 books per shelf
Lots of Safe Storage
Custom Animation marker furniture useable both NPC and Player
Custom Exterior meshes and Interior meshes built in Blender
A PLETHORA of custom built meshes for furniture
Load Order:
Because of the exterior changes I made, this mod should be relatively low (near the end of your Load Order). If you encounter problems with the ground not being smooth or things appearing which aren't showing in the video, then it is a good bet you need to move it in your Load Order.
Notes:
This mod is just a regular ESP. Because of the amount of records I was unable to make it an ESPFE. Check your plugin count before installing.
In the video I mention that I highly recommend that you make a hard save after you buy the home and before you go through the door the first time. It may or may not CTD. If it is does, then you have that save. I've experienced this but after reloading, everything worked as intended. Not sure why this is, but that's the workaround should you encounter it.

Why is this in the Guild section?:
Because it is. It was a Mod Commission and the standing rule is that Mod Commission are only released publicly in the Guild Section.
Can you make a Patch to make this compatible with (insert Nexus Mod Name)?:
Absolutely NOT.

Future Plans:
The person who commissioned this mod made mention of possible addons for Viper's Mansions. Those mods will be separate and will require this mod.
