As a starter, a chest behind the Sleeping Giant Inn contains a steel sword and a dreamcatcher shield.

 

Other dreamcatcher shields can be crafted at any crafting stations as long as you have the required materials needed.

 

Light and heavy shields are available along with ESP and ESL choices.
