Resources to use in Outfit Studio to convert models for different creatures...

These assume you already have some knowledge on how to use Outfit Studio and nifskope.

This isn't a hard process to go through, you're welcome to try it out yourself.

 

How to use - Reference body

The reference bodies are fitted to certain creature's models. They can be useful to apply physics bone weights, as well as sliders.

The draugr's reference body is fitted to the psboss replacer.

Same for the falmer.

The flame atronach has 2 versions, one for the vanilla and the other for psboss' replacer.

Same for the spriggan.

 

How to use - Pose Preset

The pose presets can be used to shape human meshes to fit specific creatures.

- Make sure you load the human skeleton in OS.

- Once the pose is applied, you will need to scale up your human mesh, usually to 1.2 (approximatively).

- You may need to use the sliders to match certain parts of the body shape.

- The poses aren't a perfect fit either, some tweaks will still be required, but it should spare you most of the work.

 

Tip : You can change the bone's names in nifskope in Header -> Strings. You may use this to change the physics bones for example.

 

If need be, I made 2 videos regarding the process of applying the bone weights, making a pose preset etc... I can share them again if asked for it.
