Monica The Pirate Standalone Follower
A notorious pirate on the high seas has been left behind in Dawnstar after a mutiny for stealing more than her fair share of the plundered booty and swindling crew members while cheating at cards. With no choice, she now awaits adventures as a landlubber in Skyrim.

Not only did they throw her off the ship, they took her boots to punish her and then sailed away leaving Monica behind.
Monica rushed into Windpeak Inn to get out of the cold and keep her toes from freezing. It might be best to bring her a good pair of boots to wear.
