Capital repairs of the real estate Snap'n Build

https://ift.tt/zjn6oOM Capital repairs of the real estate Snap'n Build

An add-on for the Snap'n Build mod, which replaces textures in the "Real Estate" category with new ones, untouched by war and devastation. All textures are original and have 2k resolution.

Version: 2.5 (what's new)
- Added square columns.
- Added a children's bed. It can also be occupied by adult settlers, so we make full-fledged little settlers out of human babies and manually assign them to the children's bed (including work). To do this, select a child in the console and enter three commands in sequence (or make a bat file):
setpv bCommandable 1 setpv bAllowMove 1

setpv bAllowCaravan 1
After that, you need to move to any other location, then move back and the cub will become a full-fledged settler.
- Added curtains to the windows. So far, I plan to add only to standard, half-degree and 45-degree windows later. If the curtain does not stick to the window, rotate it 180 degrees.
- Added Mutafruit Tree. For the settlement, it counts as two units of food, but if you collect them by hand, then the tree will give one mutafructu.
- Added landscaping: bushes, a tree, a small Christmas tree, flowers, a palm tree, a potted wall plant, small growth...
- Fixed a collision at windows through which the MC fell out.

Follow the link to download a blueprint of the Red Rocket Truck Parking settlement, which is shown in the screenshots and in the "Video" tab. To completely clear the area, you can use the Scrap Everything mod (console command: scrapall) or any other mod that allows you to completely remove all buildings and debris in the settlement.
Required blueprint mods: - Snap'n Build - Snap'n Build
: Real Estate Overhaul (version 2.5 and above) Optional Mods: - Auto Doors - Patch for Auto Doors
: PAN_SnB_AutoDoors
- CWSS Redux

- Added wallpaper for the new spiral staircase floor that was not included in version 2.4.
* The mod is compatible with the new version of Snap'n Build 2.0 and above (verified by players and myself).

Version: 2.4 (what's new)
- Added elements for building a palace: doorways, walls, windows, arches, stairs, roof, decoration elements... If you are making lintels from arches that NPCs need to pass through, it is advisable to equip them with locks for the passage of doorways (as shown in one of the screenshots). Otherwise, NPCs will run into the bases of the arches.
- Added a large chandelier for rooms with high ceilings and a street landscape lantern.
- Added palm trees: outdoor tall and small in a tub.
- Added swan figurines (in gold and stone) and an analogue of a lion figurine in stone.

- Added white wood doorways and white door counterparts.

- Added a spiral staircase. Navmesh is not completely laid on top (you can see it in the screenshot). Attempts to extend the navmesti cause NPCs to stop using it. NPCs will not approach the railing and cross the lots without interference. In the category "Floors" -> "Ceiling" there is wallpaper for this staircase: ceiling from below, from above to the floor.
- Added three twin ladders.
- Added Brahmiluf. Produces 6 units of food.
- Added Laser Turret and Searchlight. They do not require electricity, are indestructible and have anchor points to platforms. The turret deals 56 damage instead of 12 vanilla.

Version: 2.0 (what's new)
- Added elements for building log houses.
Memo to the builder:
In order to correctly lay the log house, all its corner elements and get a seamless arrangement of textures, the walls have markers. All walls should be placed with markers facing outwards. Inside the house, use markers to one side. Window and wall elements are available in duplicate: elements marked as "side" in the name have a log offset in height. The side walls of houses should be formed from these elements. Stairs sometimes don't stick to the floors right away. In this case, you need to craft it next to it, and then stick it where you need it.
- For log houses, doors have been added: entrance and interior doors.
- Added all Level 3 Shops and Clinic with and without decoration elements behind the vendor's back. The "Armor" and "Weapons" stores are assigned to bring happiness to the settlement +10 (in the original, for some reason, these stores do not bring happiness).

- Roofs: Added missing corner elements, decorative trim, canopy angle, white railing corner, and two type 1 roof textures; Added another roof type for simple structures with no corners.

- Added planters of all types with multiple texture options.
