Lady Death is found in the Windhelm Hall of the Dead (of course)

Competent Warrior skilled in 2 Handed Weapons
Uses the female skin mod that you have installed

ESPFE for your convenience
Armor/body built in my ZOOM preset.
Uses the Female Sultry Voice.
