The collisions are wonky; I didn't use a body for it, since the skirt would get stuck in it too often, but you can change that yourself in the xml if you want [...](or i'll add that later idk).

Current compromise lets the legs clip through the skirt when jumping or crouching, but deals with most issues of mesh going wrong.
