Ginger is not some soft, squishy rich movie star, three hour tour, stranded on an island with Gilligan and the Skipper wearing fancy dresses.
Getting shipwrecked in Solitude during a storm and saved by an Argonian is what really happened. She was dragged up to the shore along with some armor she had.
Poor and in rags, she hangs around the docks close to the vendor area, maybe upstairs in the vendor office. Who knows.
She means business and looking for adventure. Find her in Solitude around the boat dock vendor area. Ask her to follow and she will put on her armor. Take away her chainmail for a more skimpy look. However, that will take away 20.5 of her armor stats.
