Craft at any forge or use the console (~) key and type, 'help shadowwalker' without quotes or use the additem mod.

 

Steel smithing perk required.

 

Leather, leather strips, steel ingot, and some other misc. items needed for crafting and upgrade.

 

Basic armor rating starts at 53.
