This is a direct replacer which covers:

Note: 
This mod is incompatible with any mods that edits NPC’s listed above, including my SUFO. If you have anything like it installed, you can install this mod only on new game, prior that uninstall incompatible mods, otherwise changes won’t take effect.
If you don’t have any mod that edits NPC’s listed above, you are good to use it right away.
