This is a Pre War version of Red Rocket

Plugin is ESPFE

Scrap the Resources Tool Box

Buildable Area is enlarged
Area is cleaned up completely

 

IF you find all the trash and stuff in the settlement there are TWO possible issues
1. Load order (make sure it is near the end)

2. You have pre-combines enabled in your INI file

Set bUseCombinedObjects = 0

to

bUseCombinedObjects = 1

this setting is usually found in the Fallout 4 Custom INI file or if you are using Beth INI look in the [General] section

 

This mod should work just fine with the new Update

When told to train, the creature looks for a partner nearby to have sex with, configurable via MCM.   Commands: Follow - Follow player. Train - Look for partner to train with and repeat. Wait - Wait, Wait also stops training. Dismiss - Stop following, also causes the creature to look for a new partner on next training. Banish - Remove creature from game.   Training Partner selection: Male, Female, Player toggles in MCM. Can be set to keep training with the same partner or try to select again each time.
