It was a matter of time and no where else to run.
Not everyone gets away with a crime, no matter the situation.
Rosalina is a spy for the Jarl of Markarth who was able to infiltrate the Forsworn camp looking for information about an attempted invasion and takeover of the stone city to which they swear belongs to them.
One night while rifling through a chest looking for documents when most were sleeping, someone spotted her and alerted the others.
Rosalina knew the consequences for what she was doing and ran off into the darkness. She had a location for an escape plan where she removed her forsworn armor, quickly changed into common clothes, grabbed her travel money and fled.
She was able to get away, but now the Forsworn know who she really is. That didn't surprise her, she was trained to escape and headed far east to Windhelm to lose herself among the unwanted, blending in among the scorned.
Only two pictures surfaced of Rosalina and gave some information about her location. Still, she is a wanted woman by all enemy Forsworn.
"They found me!!! How?!"
Uh, oh! Be careful of who lives....and those that are destined to die. Be sure to make a save before you enter. It could be your last mistake.

No armor, only some weapons she bought for protection. Be sure to take away the default hunting bow.
